Es liegt in einer der architektonisch und st\u00e4dtebaulich&nbsp; besonders qualit\u00e4tvollen Stra\u00dfen Frohnaus, die durch zahlreiche Bauten Posers und Heinrich Straumer gepr\u00e4gt wird. Das Haus selbst steht&nbsp; gegen\u00fcber dem heutigen Brix-Genzmer-Park, dem ehemaligen Kaiserpark.<br><br>Architektonisch f\u00fcgt sich das Geb\u00e4ude in die gem\u00e4\u00dfigte Moderne der fr\u00fchen 1930er Jahre ein. Typisch sind die klar gegliederte Kubatur, sowie eine zur\u00fcckhaltende Fassadengestaltung, die auf dekorative Elemente weitgehend verzichtet. Gleichzeitig bleibt der Bezug zur traditionellen Landhausarchitektur erhalten, wie sie f\u00fcr Frohnau pr\u00e4gend ist.
